Ho noleggiato un auto con loro per una settimana. Pronti e puntuali ad attenderci al porto sia all'arrivo che al ritorno. Purtroppo l'auto noleggiata era guasta, si sono scusati e ce ne hanno data un'altra di pari categoria. Nonostante questo si sono resi disponibili a sostituirla e pochi giorni dopo ci è stata consegnata quella richiesta. Abbiamo avuto un fraintendimento in occasione del pagamento. Ci è stato addebitato un importo leggermente più alto ma al rientro in Italia, dopo la segnalazione, hanno immediatamente provveduto al bonifico della differenza (seppure molto piccola). In sintesi, puntuali, corretti, gentili, disponibili. Un particolare ringraziamento ad Elena (ufficio amministrazione) mai incontrata ma sempre disponibile via messaggio. Molto gentile e corretta. Assolutamente tempestiva nella risoluzione di ogni eventuale problema, dubbio o richiesta informazioni.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Total netter und entspannter Vermieter. Immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Auto war schon etwas älter aber gut gepflegt. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal wieder hier mieten.
